1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Poziro handles information when you use its party-game hosting tools and Party Memory Studio. It applies to information stored by the app, permissions you choose to grant, and information used when you choose an online feature.
2. Information You Enter
You may enter player names, game setup choices, timer settings, selected packs, text captions, and other information used to host a game. Player names or group details can relate to other people, so please enter only information you are comfortable keeping on the device used for the activity.
3. Photos and Host Cues
Party Memory Studio lets you choose a photo, take a photo, add a text caption, or record a short host cue. A photo you choose or capture, a caption you enter, and a host-cue recording are used to create and present your private recap on the device.
4. Permission Choices
- Camera access is requested only after you choose Take Photo for a private recap. If you decline, the app cannot take a photo through the camera.
- Photo Library access is requested only after you choose a photo. You can decline or cancel and continue without selecting one.
- Microphone access is requested only after you choose Record 10s for a host cue. If you decline, you can use a text caption instead.
- Add-to-library access is requested only after you choose Save Photo to Library and confirm that action. You can cancel without saving a recap photo to your library.
5. Local Storage
Player rosters, game preferences, selected packs, local session state, recap photos, captions, and host-cue recordings are designed to remain on your device. They are used to present the game, restore your choices, and let you play or remove a cue from Party Memory Studio. You can change or remove available records in the app, and removing the app may remove its local data, subject to your device backup settings.
6. Online Features
Some features may require an internet connection. When you use such a feature, the service may process account information, device or connection information, request details, and information you choose to submit as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve that feature. Where an account is available, use the app’s account controls to log out or request deletion.
7. Measurement
Poziro uses Adjust for attribution and basic app-event measurement. Adjust may process device and attribution identifiers together with event information for that purpose. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access the IDFA. Recap photos, captions, and host-cue recordings are not used for Adjust measurement.
8. Disclosure
We do not use your local party-game records to publish a public profile of your group. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or services, or to providers that process information for an online feature under appropriate safeguards.
9. Security and Retention
We rely on protections available on your iOS device and on reasonable safeguards for online services. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Local information remains available until you change, remove, reset, or delete it through the app, remove the app, or change relevant device settings. Retention for online services may continue only as needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling.
10. Your Choices
You can manage permissions in iOS Settings, choose not to grant a permission, remove player or recap information using app controls, and stop using online features. If you need help with an online account or a privacy request, contact us using the details below.
11. Children and Group Use
Poziro is intended for ordinary social play. If you host a game involving children, do not enter sensitive information about them, and make sure you have appropriate authority before sharing a device or using an online feature.
12. Changes and Contact
